"There were a few loose door handles on the main living room level. The king size bedroom's bathroom on the third floor was missing a toilet paper holder (no big deal, perhaps there wasn't supposed to be one). We noticed the filter for the AC return was so full of lint it looked like it had not been changed in a year or more, so that really needs to be addressed."
