"Unfortunately this place is hosted by a 3rd party booking service and they did not reply to any of my messages in a timely manor (3 days) and wanted me to download a different app to communicate and report issues. While we had a lovely time, this place is not as advertised. The living room has been rearranged from the photo and is much less roomy, the carpet has been stained and heavily used, the upstairs beds are terribly uncomfortable and not suitable for adults, the WiFi network listed in the instructions doesn’t even exist and we were unable to get correct WiFi credentials from the host, the washer and dryer do not work at all, and there was a power outage during a winter storm leaving us without heat, lights, etc for an entire night and the host never responded to any inquiries about a fuse box or spare batteries for lamps, etc. "
