"Staff provided excellent customer service. Good location. Our beds looked made after we spent our first night, however when we climbed in the sheets underneath hadn’t been done. This felt sloppy and disappointing. No rugs on the floor was also disappointing as it was a bit chilly. No closets felt a bit weird. TV was too small for the space. Overall an 8 out of 10."

"The hotel was convenient just off the highway. Everything was clean, comfortable, and modern. The breakfast was (and I am not exaggerating here) the BEST hotel breakfast I have ever had. Two choices of eggs, crispy bacon, hot cinnamon rolls and more. No view, but we were not looking for that."

"It can be really hard to find a house for a larger group that actually has all the amenities for a stay. iTrip totally delivered. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and there was enough seating for our group for dinner and board games. They were attentive communicators, responsive, and gave us an early check-in for free. Beautiful mountain views from the master suites. And they were actually kid and pet friendly. We would 100% stay again."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay with two couples in this home. It was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals at home, and located in a fantastic location, an easy walk to the Deschutes River Trail and a short drive to Old Mill and downtown Bend."
