It's spacious enough to hang out in the evening and tell lies about how big your fish that got away was in the evening and play some cards. The enclosed and secured storage area was perfect for our 2 boats and super easy access to boat ramp. Only issues were not enough toilet paper (had to run to the store) and some dishes that had been put back into the cabinet dirty.
