We offer you a vacation home in a class of its own.

Completely refurnished, you will want for nothing. In addition to 3 bedrooms, you can relax and feel at home in the 30 square meter living room with fireplace and large-screen TV. Even in cool weather you can make yourself comfortable in the 28 sqm fully glazed conservatory. The sliding glass doors can all be opened to the side. A modern barbecue is also available. There is another shower on the first floor, which is accessible.

Please do not smoke in the house - no problem on the terrace.



The house can accommodate 8 people.

Leisure: In the middle of the "Dreiländereck" - Osnabrücker - Münster - Tecklenburgerland - there are a variety of excursion and recreational destinations. (Extensive material is available).

4 Flyer e-bikes are available. These are not part of the contract, but can be used free of charge. A sports room with very good equipment is at your disposal.

All shopping facilities can be reached by car in three to 10 minutes.

Center of Osnabrück - 7 km. Altlotte - 4 km - Tecklenburg - 9 km. Lake Attersee - 1.5 km. Airport Münster /Osnabrück 21 km accessible via the BAB1.

Schöner Aufenthalt und sehr gute Betreuung

Wir waren hier mit einer 8-Personengruppe für einen Wochenendausflug. Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft vollumfänglich empfehlen: Austattung und Sauberkeit völlig tadellos, und der Gastgeber war zuvorkommend, flexibel und hat sehr rasch auf Nachfragen geantwortet. Gerne wieder!

Schöner Aufenthalt in Osnabrück

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Der Wintergarten war ein Highlight. Das Haus ist mit hochwertigen Materialien und Möbeln ausgestattet. Wir konnten gut zusammen kochen und Essen. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, zu grillen, das wäre bestimmt auch sehr nett.

Perfekte Unterkunft mit allem Komfort

Wir haben einen Kurzurlaub mit drei Übernachtungen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht, in dem es einem an nichts fehlt. Besonders im Wohnzimmer mit seinem großen Sofa und im daran anschließende Wintergarten haben wir viel Zeit verbracht und die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit des Hauses genossen. Die Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Toilette, Dusche und Badewanne im 1. EG waren prima, im EG gab es eine zweite Toilette und eine weitere, sehr geräumige Dusche. Den Fitnesskeller haben wir gar nicht genutzt, machte aber auch einen guten Eindruck. Fußläufig war ein kleiner Wald zu erreichen, in dem wir die Morgenrunde mit unserem Hund machen konnten. In der näheren Umgebung liegt Osnabrück und Tecklenburg (22 km), was wir sehr empfehlen können.

Prachtig, gerieflijk huis op een rustige locatie.

Pros: We werden hartelijk onthaald door de eigenaar, die ons meteen een rondleiding gaf: een volledig ingerichte keuken, zelfs met een Amerikaanse koelkast, zodat je je voorraad kan inslaan. Supermarkten zijn er ruimschoots te vinden in Osnabrück. In de ruime living staan gemakkelijke zetels en een reuzengroot tv-toestel. Aansluitend is er het overdekte terras/veranda, waarvan de deuren helemaal open kunnen. Ernaast vonden we in de berging een Weber-barbecue, waar we meermaals gebruik van gemaakt hebben. Naast het aparte toilet bevindt zich nog een inloopdouche. Op de eerste verdieping zijn er 3 ruime slaapkamers en een badkamer met toilet, lavabomeubel, ligbad en douche. Op de 2de verdieping is er nog een 4de ruime slaapkamer. De bedden waren comfortabel en bij aankomst opgemaakt. Voor de sportievelingen bevindt zich in de kelder een fitnessruimte. Daarna kregen we nog tips over bezienswaardigheden. We genoten van dit prachtige, kraaknette huis, van waar je vele uitstappen kan maken! Cons: Er is ook nog een garage. Onze auto hebben we echter buiten laten staan, wegens plaatsgebrek binnen o.a. door 2 elektrische fietsen, die je ook kan gebruiken.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lager - absolute Empfehlung

Wir haben Fronleichnam das lange Wochenende mit 9 Personen im Ferienhaus verbracht und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei der Planung vorab und hat mit tollen Tipps unterstützt. Während des Aufenthalts wurde mehrmals gefragt, ob alles okay ist und wir noch etwas benötigen. Einfach ein Rundum-Sorglos-Paket. Danke dafür! Das Haus selbst liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in Lotte, hat einen wunderbaren Wintergarten und schönen kleinen Garten zum Entspannen. Das Haus war blitzeblank, modern und hatte alles zu bieten, was wir brauchten und genügend Platz um auch mit 9 Leuten komfortabel dort die Zeit zu verbingen. Ich kann das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist 1A!

Großartige Unterkunft in bester Lage

Wir waren auf einem Männertrip in dieser Unterkunft. Wir wurden am Tag der Anreise vom Eigentümer Herrn Sauer in herzlichster Weise empfangen, auch schon im Vorfeld hat er sich bestens um eine perfekte Anreise gekümmert, hat hervorragende Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist wirklich optimal: groß, modern und sehr gut zu erreichen, der Garten nebst Wintergarten laden zum verweilen ein. Wir sind überaus zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Lieben Dank an Herrn Sauer für den tollen Aufenthalt. Viele Grüße aus Ratingen

Ein sehr schönes Haus am Ende einer Sackgasse mit zwei Parkplätzen

Pros: Der Empfang durch den Gastgeber war total gelungen, alles wurde erklärt, und auch wo es Mißverständnisse im Vorfeld gegeben hatte, wurde sofort eine Lösung angeboten. Perfekt! Das Haus selbst ist ein Traum: 4 Schlafräume, die alle sehr gut ausgestattet sind, ein komplettes Badezimmer mit toller Ausstattung und dazu eine separate Dusche im EG. Der Wintergarten ist riesig und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Damit haben wir aber das Wohnzimmer, welches auch riesig ist, nicht genutzt. Die Ausstattung und der Schnitt der Küche ist fantastisch: Alles ist vorhanden. Wir waren begeistert und haben hier gern unser Frühstück genossen. Die E-Bikes waren in der Garage untergebracht, Ladegeräte waren vorhanden, alles super. Cons: Während unseres Aufenthaltes war die WC-Spülung im oberen Bad offensichtlich nicht ganz in Ordnung: Sie hat einfach immer weiter gespült. Das hat man nachts gehört, ohne es sofort zuordnen zu können. Es konnte man nur durch nochmaligen Druck auf Spülen abgestellt werden. Das ist aber wahrscheinlich vom Gastgeber in kürzester Zeit zu reparieren.

supersaubere, sehr gut ausgestattete wohnung.

Pros: Vier Betten für vier Leute, ist nicht leicht zu finden. Und der Hund durfte auch mit. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und das Haus selber top in Ordnung. Alles da was man braucht. Inklusive Kaffee und Kekse. ;-) Cons: Naja, Lotte ist nicht grad ein touristisches highlight und der Attersee ist (camping)privat. Aber ein bisschen rausfahren und es wird schön, z.B. Bad Iburg...

Tolle Tage in einem tollen Ferienhaus

Pros: Wir waren die ersten Feriengäste in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Es gibt einfach nichts zu meckern. Es ist ein Ferienhaus das mit Allem ausgestattet ist was man braucht. Es ist mit Geschmack eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Hier heißt es wirklich nur ankommen und sich zu Hause fühlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns sogar Sonderwünsche erfüllt. Die Übergaben waren sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus steht in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Der Wintergarten ist ein bei jedem Wetter eine Wohlfühloase. Die Sportgeräte haben wir zwar nicht genutzt, aber es gibt bestimmt Gäste, die sich darauf freuen. Auch unser Yorki hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
