"Our reservation didn’t show up properly on their system so the clerk made us wait about 20 minutes to find it. Instead of Orbitz it appeared as Expedia. Then we were given the keys to a wrong room that had a strong smell of cigarette. We had to go back to request the correct room."

"Everything was good in hotel. Only downside was it was too far from the festival that we’re attending to. Otherwise had no complaints."

"Loved the jacuzzi and the rainfall shower. Beds were hard and I’m pretty sure this is a “love hotel” definitely not family friendly but good for the one night we were there. Reception doesn’t speak English so you will need translation."
