"We had a good stay. We had relatives to visit and only a short amount of time, so we didn’t spend much time in the apartment or use the facilities. The apartment is very well located, with the beach within walking distance and cafés, restaurants, and a pharmacy downstairs. This is an apartment complex, not a hotel, so make sure to contact the host before your stay to arrange check-in. We contacted the host through WhatsApp using the number listed under “Contact the host,” and they were very responsive. Most of the poor Google reviews about the complex itself seem to be related to the elevators. The building can get very busy, so my advice is to take an elevator whenever one is available rather than waiting for the next one, especially during check-in and check-out times. We briefly stayed in another apartment in the same complex before checking into this one, and Vivi’s apartment was noticeably better maintained. It is small but very functional, clean, and has great views. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend Vivi’s apartment."

"Modern, contemporary hotel with excellent staff and services. Conveniently located in the center area for food, sightseeing and beach access. Room was cleaned and spacious. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of cuisine options. Gym and pool access was great. I would definitely come back to stay at this hotel."

"Very nice spacious room with all facilities and balcony with chairs. Pool is good but get there early but we were there in school holiday so lifts very busy as it seems to be a very popular apartment block. Shops and beach very close"

"The apartment was beautiful, clean, roomy and functional. The checking process was confusing because confirmation email from Expedia did not have the owner 's contact numbers. Eventually, I got checked in with the help of a gentleman at Suri rental office and a kid who handled paperwork and handed me the keys. The property owner was also very nice. Love the ocean view from the balcony."
