Come and stay in our cozy studio apartment on gorgeous Lake Génos! You will love our quiet getaway - with views of the lake and of the Pyrénées. There is something for everyone in this area - read on for our recommendations.

Our charming and rustic 25m2 studio, with views over Lake Génos features:

• Living Area with a comfy sofa, a dining area, and TV( for €8/night or for €42/week) + balcony or patio
• Sleeping in Alcove with 2 Bunk Beds
• 1 Bathroom. If you're traveling light, we've got you covered with towel rental on-site for a fee.
• The kitchenette includes ceramic hobs, a fridge, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, and a microwave for your convenience.

Résidence Soulane boasts other amenities that you will love:

• Raclette machine or barbecue on-site. Inquire at the reception.
• Equipped fitness center on-site
• Complimentary parking is available on-site (subject to availability).

LOCAL FAVOURITES

• Food and Drink: If you want to cook at home, stock up on groceries at the Carrefour Montagne, a 5-minute drive away. In the evenings, we love to enjoy a drink at Chez Rogé - and make sure to ask to sit out in the courtyard in the summer! Head to L'Olivette in Loudenvielle and try their pizzas - they are delicious!
• Outdoor Activities: In the summer, the Pyrénées boast some excellent hiking trails - we love the hike to the beautiful Lac d’Oô. During the winter, ski the slopes at Peyragudes Peyresourde or the Val Louron ski resort, both a short drive away.
• Places to See: During your stay in Loudenvielle, we highly recommend that you check out the Chapelle des Miracles and the Cathedral of Saint Bertrand de Comminges. We'd also recommend visiting the weekly market at Arreau on Thursdays for some tasty treats.

Logement bien situé, belle vue, acces facile, equipement minimaliste , prix adapté : rapport qualite prix correct. Le personnel a l'accueil est charmant. Je reproche le manque de proprete et d'entretien : sol sale, cafetière pas nettoyée, toile d'araignée, ampoule grillée. Je reproche les informations incomplètes pour l'arrivée : horaire de l'accueil non précisé sur le mail, le numero indiqué ne repond pas en journée, pas de messagerie donnant les horaires d'ouverture, juste message disant que le numero n'est pas attribué... quand on appelle un autre numero conseillé et surtaxé, on tombe sur des personnes parlant anglais. Autre reproche, : il n'est pas clairement dit dans l'annonce que le canapé est composé de 2 lits de 90 (lit gigogne), ce n'est pas un canapé lit de 140.

Pas de conformité entre l'annonce et la location (photo avec balcon et nous avons eu un rez-chaussée). C'est une location à minima. La télé en supplément. Très peu de rangement, pas d'interrupteur et de lampe près du lit.Promiscuité avec les voisins. Piscine pas en service en mai...
