"This property is very centrally located, however the rooms are small and the walls are thin. We stayed for 5 night and every night we woke up due to partying neighbors. "

"The location is the best thing about the property. The hotel is dated and needs upgrading. The bathroom had fresh, visible stains on the wall which was an indication that it isn't cleaned well. I was told that a room was available for check-in @ noon and when I arrived it was like I was forced to upgrade due to the front desk knowing that I was ready to settle in. I was told that I was getting a great view in the best room available. The view was horrible and I was charged an additional $40/night, which did not suffice @ all. I wouldn't return nor recommend. Well, that is if someone prioritizes location over amenities & accommodations. "

"Key cards are unreliable. Apparently they are replacing the system, but for now very frustrating. Staff is (mostly) accommodating."

"When we arrived at the hotel, a bellman offered to take our luggage and store it for us as we arrived early and the room wasn't ready. After we placed our items on the rolling cart, gave us a valet ticket to use to retrieve our bags upon our return and he said he might not be there when we returned for our room and held out his hand, asking for a tip. We gave him a tip and when we returned a few hours later, he was there, walked us back to an unfinished room and told us to find our own bags. When we went into our room, it was close to 80 degrees with no way to turn on a fan or change the temperature. We went to use the bathroom and hang a towel on the towel rack and the rack literally fell off the wall. When we called and asked for maintenance to come look at the room to address the temperature, the maintenance staff Said that the whole building was still in heat mode because the whole building had to be switched to air conditioning mode and that there was no option to adjust the temperature and each room. He then proceeded to open our windows and put a box fan in our window to help 'cool' the room. Please keep in mind we're on the 22nd floor and there are no screens in the windows! We are traveling with two children and I have no idea how this is even legal with the tremendous risk a child being able to fall out the window!"

"If you’ve ever wanted to spend $300 for a hotel room with a bathroom you’d have to sit side saddle on the toilet to use, this is the hotel for you. If you like standing sideways in the shower since it’s too small to stand the normal way in, this hotel is for you. If you like other people’s hair in your bathroom sink when you arrive, this hotel is for you. On top of those issues, the bathroom had 2 bath towels and that was it. No washcloths, no hand towels nothing. It also had 2 shampoo pumps in the shower and no body wash or conditioner. The bathroom was so small that I had to exit the bathroom to dry off after my shower. The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because the location was prime for going to see shows on Broadway. If you’re looking for comfort, go somewhere else. "

"Love the place inexpensive and close to everything but has nothing to offer as far as bottled water, ice or in room refrigerator. Other than that Great."

"A horrible old building where they tried to make it newer but it’s still old and the rooms are out dated and no fridge in the room. Horrible service "

"We arrived earlier in the day and were warmly welcomed by Afroza, who provided excellent service from the very beginning. She not only accommodated an early check-in, but also offered us a room upgrade with a view at a very reasonable price, which we truly appreciated. The hotel itself has a slightly old-style feel, but it is well maintained. One thing worth highlighting is the number of elevators – they are efficient, and we were able to get to our floor quickly without long waits. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around New York. The only minor downside is the busy entrance area – there is a constant flow of people outside, so entering and exiting sometimes requires a bit of maneuvering. I would also like to mention the housekeeping service, which was outstanding. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but I was told she is from Serbia – her attention to detail and care made a noticeable difference during our stay. Would I stay here again? Absolutely, yes. "
