Terrible stay; someone was knocking on doors on my floor through the night, I tried contating the front desk multiple times, they told me to just call the police. Someone tried to get into my room (solo female traveller at 4am). I eventually did have to try to call the police - just to find the phone wouldn't dial out. I reached out to Expedia, they tried to call the front desk, they too couldn't get ahold of them. Someone was asking me to come out of my room at 5am claiming to be hotel staff. Overall, terrible. Don't stay here. I've reached out to the hotel, they don't care at all - seems very normal to them.

Room was absolutely perfect for a family. Spacious and clean, good location, comfortable beds and great breakfast to start the day. Staff was friendly and the location was quiet and really nice. Also they have a lovely terrace where one can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee. The bathroom just needed a bit of attention, there were hooks missing off the walls and cracks in the ceiling and tiles, nothing dangerous or awful, just in need of attention at some point, but doesn't mar stay at all.

The most comfortable beds we slept in on our trip to Canada. Also loved the art and the high ceilings. Finally, Starbucks was less than a 5 minute walk, which was very convenient.
