"Room was clean and comfortable. We were there just to lay our heads before a very, very early outpatient procedure at UVa. I did ask if I could provide my Hilton rewards membership despite booking with Hotels.com and was welcomed to. Our checkin person was very kind and courteous. Always love the complimentary bottled waters offered as traveling needs extra hydration. We didn’t have time to utilize any amenities but the hotel looked beautiful and was surprisingly quite active so early in the evening on a Friday. My only complaint was that our floor seemed quite busy and noise from the hall was very easy to hear coming through the door but once time to sleep we use a sound machine so not that much of an issue. "

"motel clerk was very accomodating, Asad. wife injured her foot and had difficulty walking so he gave us a first floor handicap room. huge bathroom with back lit mirror. liked the shampoo/conditioner. Two big mirrors, one in room and bathroom, aside from bathroom sink mirror. Nice to have microwave and refrig. Heated food we brought with us was very convenient after long day of driving. Bed comfortable. Felt safe in area. Breakfast was basic. No eggs but hot waffles. The only things, I can say i didnt like were the pillows, too hard and no coffee maker. Great stay"
