I would recommend this property to any young couples with 2 or more kids.
We had trouble paying our last payment on VRBO. They said it was a glitch in their system and they were unable to fix it After many phone calls trying to resolve the issue so we could pay our final payment, VRBO was not helpful. We finally decided to call the owner and he was nice enough to let us send him a check. We spent way too much time trying to get help from VRBO. They told us twice that they would call us back and never did. We kept calling them to no avail.

Well kept property. Was just minutes away from the middle boat ramp. Was a little tough getting my boat in and out of the property at first but after the first day it all went well. Nice and clean..

Wonderful Scenic Cabin
Great place to get away from it all. Plenty of space and amenities. Love the hot tub! Just be sure to bring groceries to avoid multiple trips into town. Oh and 4x4 drive is a must to get to the cabin. Owner was amazing to work with! Responds quickly to questions we had about the property.

Opened the front door — and Wow! It is beautiful. This property is well taken care of; every part of it felt clean and fresh. There was plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. The weather was nice so we were able to enjoy the balcony off the master bedroom as well as the rockers on the front porch. Finding the beautiful Christmas tree was also a nice touch. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed hosting Tony at our private vacation home in Eastern KY at Yatesville Lake State Park. Our cabin sits on 3 acres and we have worked to make it as private as possible. The closest cabin is only a weekend retreat for a couple that comes 2 times a year.

Had another great stay at this cabin. Its like coming home! Always fun to stay here and it is so relaxing. The cabin has everything you need and is far away from the noise of the city but a short drive from good food, Walmart, gas stations and shops. Thanks again for great memories! Saw lots a squirrels and a doe in the backyard.

Great Location!
A group of friends stayed here for a weekend getaway motorcycle trip and we had a great time. The property is in a great location - far enough away from town but in close proximity to US 23. We really enjoyed the large deck and gathering space around the hot tub. The only "downside" to the property is specific to motorcycles: while the driveway is asphalt, the road leading up to the driveway is steep and gravel - including a hairpin turn. Luckily we were all seasoned riders and made due, but I would caution others on 2-wheels about the road leading up to the driveway. Other than that, I would definitely return in a 4-wheeled vehicle! Girls Weekend
We had an AMAZING TIME getting away from husbands, work and life in general. The property is secluded, so we had privacy and the open space of the cabin design allowed for perfect atmosphere for game nights and lots of laughter. The hot tub was the perfect end to the days and the fire pit was wonderful when the weather turned chilly the last evening! I have already booked another stay and can't wait to go again!

We had the best time! Cabin setting is very peaceful. Enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and “old school” gaming system. Had nightly competitions with our teenagers. Introduced them to Frogger, Pac man, Galaga, etc. The porch swing was my favorite spot for morning coffee. The cardinal was relentless on our car mirrors!! 😂 Would highly recommend this cabin!!! So peaceful
This is such a pretty cabin! The layout is perfect with a bedroom and bathroom upstairs, and another bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The porch is so big and it has comfortable rocking chairs on it so you can sit out and watch nature, even in the rain. The hot tub was ready to go and felt so nice in the evening. We are not outdoorsy people, so we mainly just go down to hang out and spend quality time together, and this cabin allows for that perfectly. I also appreciate that the owners spray for bugs, so when we go out on the porch we aren't combatting a billion mosquitoes or spiders. We've stayed at other cabins where the entire place is just covered with bugs!! The owners really go to a lot of trouble to ensure their guests are comfortable.

Great getaway location for lake activities
The house was beautiful and very homey feeling. Although we had a couple of hiccups during the stay, nothing that was the homeowner’s fault, (refrigerator went out and storm knocked out electricity for a day) the homeowner was very quick to respond and help resolve the issues. I felt that they really cared about our comfort and enjoyment while we were there. I would highly recommend this home and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our getaway here at this super cute and cozy cabin. Very secluded and scenic area. The one lane road leading in and out is not for the faint of heart but there's not much traffic to deal with so it wasn't a big issue. Would recommend and revisit this luxury cabin.

The Cabin was a very nice place, with good Mountain View, we had great luck because the 2nd day it started snowing, we got to go in the Jacuzzi, we got to take a walk around. The owners of the cabin were very attentive of what we needed, always were in communication with us in case of anything. For the next visit, we would come back because we loved it! Another great stay!
We stayed last year at Heaven's Porch and this year wanted to try the other property at Sacred Winds. It was amazing as well. The cabin is awesome and the location is very cool. It is so quiet and relaxing. The cabin is beautiful. Everything you need is there and ready for you to just enjoy. A quick trip to the store and you are all set. Loved the location because the two properties are in the same areas we got to revisit some of our favorites from last year and find some new ones! Take the time to visit Ashland, KY and Charleston, WV as well as Louisa. They are with in 30 to 55 mins away. The hottub, fire pit, balcony and porch were great ways to spend the days and nights. The rooms were awesome and the kitchen was perfect. It was great to hear the hounds. (We have 4 dogs and were missing them.) And the entire time we only saw one neighbor driving the road by us. The couch and chair were very inviting after a long day seeing the sights and made for quiet evenings. We had great weather and even though it rained one night I sat on the porch enjoying the rain. Got to see a deer, grey squirrels, a ton of wild turkeys and even the local cat, Milton! The only issues we had was the electric fireplace not heating but we were told a head of time but the artificial flames still worked. Also there were a few porch nails coming up. We did have a lot of lady bugs around because of the unseasonably warm weather but nothing too troublesome. But none of those issues would be deal breakers, I just always give my honest account. Both of these cabins are gems and well worth the 5 hour trip for us! They really make you feel welcome and care about their properties. We will be back for sure! Thank you!

Once again, had a wonderful get away. This was our 2nd time renting one of Aaron's cabins. Now our only problem is trying to decide which one we like better. That's a tough one. What a great problem to have! But anyway, as a family, we are no longer interested in vacations that wear us out like amusement parks or water parks & having to need a vacation after our vacation. This doesn't happen with the cabins. We truly vacate our lives & rest. We don't have to worry about taking anything. It's all there. Everything is lovely. Beds are big & comfy. It's private. Great host that checks to make sure everything's ok. And the fridge makes the "good ice". Lol. Thank you Aaron! Be back soon.

Everything about the cabin was beautiful! Very clean inside, and well supplied. The scenery was gorgeous , outside fire pit was great, and the hot tub was amazing! I would definitely recommend this place to others! Thanks so much
