"At check in the lady was unconcerned that we needed a ground floor room. Told me that the only ground floor room remaining was in terrible condition. Our room was very smelly and one of the comforters looked like it had black grease on it at the head area. Breakfast area sucked"

"Large room, comfortable bed, walking distance to bars and restaurants make this a really nice place. The property seems to be kept well, and the breakfast was great. The staff was great, especially at breakfast. We have enjoyed staying here several times in the past few years."

"Great house within walking distance of shops and restaurants along the river. Very clean - totally fine with our 1-yr old grandson crawling all over the place. Well-appointed decor. Comfortable beds. Lovely two-level deck where we had breakfast each morning. "

"Belle Vue Guesthouse is very comfortable, and perfectly situated for Natchitoches town.We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay. The host sorted a chirping smoke alarm when we arrived. Our only niggles were that the wi-fi did not seem that great, a table outside on the verandah would be welcome and the cutlery was of very poor quality."
