Outdoor Space: Large backyard, perfect for outdoor activities. The back patio has a full patio set including a dining table, chairs, and a couch. We have a propane grill and a firepit, which you are welcome to use. Camping chairs in the garage for use. Plenty of street parking.

Kentucky Derby Trip
We stayed at this property for the Kentucky Derby. Great location for a trip to Churchill Downs or University of Louisville. Cute welcoming house and owners.

Property Review
We stayed at this property during the Kentucky Derby and sadly, the property had many issues. First, there were no locks on any of the windows on the first floor and the storm windows would not move down to lock. This presented a safety issue leaving any valuables in the property when we were not there. Additionally, the window shades were old and had several holes in them, allowing anyone on the outside to view the interior of the property. The bathroom tub was filthy and not cleaned, the doorknob was broken and kept falling off, and the remaining areas of the bathroom were dirty. The refrigerator was set to a low setting and leaked water all over our food. It wasn’t until we realized the low setting that did not keep our food/drinks at the proper temperature for the water issue reason. The list goes on and on. I would not recommend this property, especially for the price we paid for a 2-night stay. Extremely overpriced for the quality of the property. I understand demand is high for the Derby, and at least clean the property in preparation for the rental. And, please, get some locks on the windows!
