Very clean
Property was clean and nice, exactly as advertised, check in was well detailed. Very comfy bed! Good spot to rest your head for the night. You can easily fit two people. Would stay here again.

Great Location
Can’t beat the location - walking distance to places to eat and different sports and attractions. I had to message the host the night before and the morning of for instructions, which typically I’ve gotten a couple days early. The description matched the spot. A few things to note I would want to know pre-booking: the walls are super thin, we could hear everyone in the building pretty much all the time. There was coffee grounds, sugar, and dry creamer along with a britta. Everything else you will need to bring. Most places we’ve stayed have had a little welcome snack or something for staying. This place had a few adult books - new kids games, books, anything. So no complaints at all, but it also didn’t give the extra special touch in any way.

We so enjoyed this little upper 1bedroom unit! It was a good location and decor was pleasing with brick walls. We had everything we needed. The mattress was very comfortable in the bedroom. The location was also very quiet. Our Host Tyler was very kind and pleasant. We would surely recommend! 5 stars

Louisville Visit
We had a wonderful time. Property is very nice, not far from all the activity. We went to Angels Envy Distillery, 6 micro breweries, the Brown Hotel, for the “Hot Brown”, went to the Louisville Slugger Bat Museum, and finally went to Doc Crows for dinner. We will be back to see more and stay at this property.

Extremely convenient and cozy
My 5yo son and I went to Louisville to go fishing and see some friends. We were quite comfy in the space; it's just right for a couple, or parents and a child staying a few days. The location is very close to lots of hidden gems along Baxter and Bardstown, Tyler Park, and further NE in Prospect. We had no problem with it, but we were asked to wash the dishes we'd used before checking out. There is no dishwasher, so be ready to roll your sleeves up! Important side note! I'm 6'4, and the showerhead was plenty high enough for me! Yay!

Great Little Spot
The communication and stay was great! Very pleased with our 2 night stay! The owners were great and efficient with communication, it was super easy access and the location was in an up and coming neighborhood that was close to everything you would need or want! We are saving this location for future stays when we come in to visit with friends.
