This was a comfortable place to stay with a great parking situation. It was very easy to walk to shops and restaurants in NuLu. We had difficulty getting into the property on arrival (codes did not work). It was cleared up in about half an hour. We witnessed other guests have the same problem. The bathroom was very nice and the bed very comfortable.

Great place in downtown Louisville

The place was great! Located near what we wanted to do and it was perfect. Within walking distance of the stadium and walking the bridge. Very safe area also.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were there for a basketball tournament at the expo center, and it was super close for us. The staff including housekeeping is absolutely awesome! Would definitely stay here again.

Came into town for a concert at the Yum Center. The hotel isn’t close enough to walk but we did Lyfts there and back and it worked out really well. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The only draw back was the heat/air unit hummed, it didn’t bother me one bit, but my husband mentioned that it did keep him up once he was awake. If you want a place with a kitchen and clean and comfy, this is your place.

This property was fantastic, especially for the price. I came for a festival so most places were charging a lot more and weren’t half as nice or spacious. Nulu is also just around the corner and offers several great places to eat and shop. This is a hidden gem. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our room was beautiful and clean. Walkable to restaurants and distilleries. Easy parking and great communication. A little loud from cars at night but nothing that you wouldn’t expect from being in the city. Would definitely stay here again.

I was impressed with the room. It smelled nice, it was clean, and I really liked the design. They programmed a set of codes for me and they were easy to follow. I also felt like the parking was safe. I would definitely stay there again.

10 out of 10!!! Christine, who confirmed our booking was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating! The room was perfect and very clean. It's exactly how the pictures depict. I loved that we were right in the middle of NULU and close to shopping and dining options. We will definitely stay here again!

The room itself was clean, adorable with high ceilings, great communication with host. Overall the room was great. The only issue was the parade of people using the “emergency exit” stairway at all hours every night right outside our window. Several nights it seemed there weee parties. The lock looks like it is has been broken for a long time and handle is gone. Safety is compromised.
