This elegant home has original stained glass windows, beautiful woodwork, large dining and living rooms with two full kitchens and access to a gorgeous 2-level deck. We loved this historic home, the outdoor space was great for relaxing and dining. Beautiful porch for coffee and people watching. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had a large group of 10 that fit easily in this home. Easy access to everything the city has to offer. Great attention to detail in the amenities, decor. Great communication.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was close to town so convenient clean with lots of outdoor space to relax and have a game night. Owner was easy to reach and helpful with local suggestions. Beds were very comfy! Would stay there again in a minute!

While the property has a funky layout, it worked great for us. It is well supplied and stocked and is in a good location a short ride from Downtown and the 4th Street Live venues. Thanks Annie for the great stay!

If you love old Historical homes and need a place for a large family gathering in or near Louisville, KY this is a great place. The hostess was so helpful and attentive to what we needed. She even dropped off a large stock pot that we needed. We were a group of 11 and had plenty of space to spread out or all gather in the living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Annie’s place was wonderful! The house had everything we needed- the space, kitchen supplies, comfort, and so much more. Annie was easily reachable, communicative, and helpful with recommendations. She was super accommodating with luggage storage for a late evening flight and shared her newest project with us (which is so cool!). We will definitely be staying again the next time we’re in Louisville.

This property is stunning. Has the old charm we were looking for. Large enough to house our family (3 kids) and in-laws. This is our second time staying at this home. Highly recommend. Hosts are wonderful, great communicators, and truly want you to enjoy their space.
