Breakfast was really bad lack of food had to ask constantly for hot water to make tea When I booked hotel an airport shuttle was included in price. No airport shuttle,so extra expenses on taxi's(main reasons this hotel was booked) Hotel room was the same as it was 10 years ago. Severe noise from aeroplanes. Overall the the hotel staff were polite and friendly.

Was in town for the large concert at the stadium. Check in was at 3pm was there at 3 and manager told us still cleaning rooms and to wait which we did. Manager then asks other front desk person to stay over an hour as they needed to in an errand and left. Lobby became very full with people needing rooms. Front desk agent became quickly overwhelmed when he couldn’t find a reservation and advised he only been on the job four days. The other lady at the desk it was her first day. Manager should have never left employees like this when the hotel is sold out at check in time. Hotel Itself was great no other food except breakfast though in the restaurant. Location very convenient.
