Wow! This hotel is just so beautiful, comfortable, accommodating, clean, and staffed with helpful people. I loved the place and wish I had stayed longer. We were just passing through when I booked it. I selected the hotel based on the reviews of the other neighboring hotels, with me wanting something comparable, affordable, and with more positive ratings. This place was all of that and so affordable.

Great hotel in a wonderful location! My husband and I had a great stay, as well as a great dinner experience in their new restaurant. The front desk team was extremely helpful/knowledgeable and gave us some awesome recommendations in the area! We cannot wait to go back to Nulu and stay at hotel genevieve once again.

This is a unique boutique hotel in the Nulu district . Unfortunately some of the amenities I loved were not available on this visit . Breakfast was discontinued in restaurant. The rooftop restaurant was closed for a private event . The speak easy saved the night. Great bartenders , music and drinks /

I really enjoyed the musical and artistic NuLu neighborhood. It feels like the West Hollywood of Louisville, and this hotel is perfectly situated within it, right next to Bob Dylan's distillery. I personally loved this hotel's eclectic mod look, may be dark for some, This was a family trip, not a business trip FYI. The views from The Genevieve rooftop were elegant, and the jazz bar downstairs was covering Nirvana and there was more music within earshot nearby. The French market downstairs and nearby galleries were perfection. My one critique would be the food... It's giving Sysco, and the service; the restaurant upstairs made mistakes with my orders. Looking forward to returning and checking out the Cuban spot across the street.

The hotel was very lovely, clean and the right amount of charm and funky atmosphere that one wants from a boutique hotel. The location is perfect in the NULU neighborhood and within walking or scooter distance from downtown, highland, Sluggerville and distilleries I would book here again.

The Hotel Genevieve was a fantastic stay. We’re sad we only had one night here and wish we could extend our stay! From the friendly, quick valet service to the front desk staff, the team offered exceptional service. It’s located right in the heart of Nulu and right across the street from La Bodeguita De Mima, which is a must try for some of the best Cuban food imaginable! The hotel itself is just lovely. The decor is beautiful and fun, the room was very clean and both modern and comfy. I can’t believe how nice it was for the price. And the robes provided in the room are just perfect. We’ll be back for sure.
