Loved the overall ambiance . . .fishing lakes, a nature trail, ducks and geese to feed. The restaurant accomodated all wardrobes and the food was tasty and plenty in each serving. Check-in was fast and friendly. Best of all: a summer night without mosquitoes.

This is my second time staying and the only issue I had was the shower draining slowly. We were told upon our arrival that they were dealing with some plumbing issues and we may experience some too. The shower was fine the first night, but it was the second night we had issues. I told the front desk the morning we left and they were very apologetic. This is very dated lodging by todays standards, but the price is reasonable, it's very clean and the staff are very friendly. We will be returning again in November and May.

Stayed at the resort for the Heart of Dixie Triathlon. It’s no 5 star resort, however it’s clean, staff is awesome, restaurant inside is good and the waterfront with sand and waterpark are great for the family. Will stay again next year for the Fair City Triathlon👍. This is about as family friendly resort as you can find.

The bed was great. The coffee maker had an old coffee still in it. It was gross. We let the front desk know. Don’t provide shampoo etc either. Nice ice machine and glad there was a fridge and microwave. Hard to unlock the doors. But everything else was great. Will be coming again. Oh food at restaurants was amazing. Great prices also.

Not the best places to fish off the bank but everything else great. It was very peaceful & quiet. Rooms in motel were clean & functional, internet worked, no issues with room. Plenty of room for personal space even in the public outdoor areas all around the shore of the lake. Plenty of shaded / sheltered outdoor places. The restaurant had really good food for reasonable prices. Overall my whole 3night stay went very smoothly. It was a better than average experience for a budget friendly resort.
