This house was designed to be a home away from home! Gas stove, microwave, dish washer, coffee pot (coffee provided), toaster, and full set of pots/pans/cookware.

Included for your stay: travel size shampoo and body wash per guest, laundry detergent on site, coffee/creamer/sugar, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, cleaning supplies, towels and washrags, hair dryer, toilet paper, bedding/pillows.

Please read this ENTIRELY: Children and pets are welcome! I only ask that you respect the space and be sure pets and children are supervised to prevent damages to the property. I likely would love your pet as much as you do, but PLEASE, no animals on ANY furniture. There is a fully fenced back yard. Front yard has a knee high fence so prefer not to let your animals out front without supervision. You are responsible for picking up your pets waste. Additional fees will apply if left in the yard. Please do not allow your dogs to bark for extended periods out of respect for neighbors.

Added note: This property is fairly close to the airport and UPS Worldport Facility. Sometimes due to weather or other circumstances, they change the flight pattern which may cause planes to fly overhead during the day or night. It is usually only for a day or so. If this happens, you may want to consider an app that plays white noise while sleeping at night. Earplugs are provided as well.

Wonderful Louisville getaway!

This vacation rental exceeded our expectations! The property was very clean, decorated beautifully, and incredibly comfortable for me, my spouse, and our dog. The house is just a block away from a nice park with playground. There are many restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Very convenient to make the most of a quick trip to Louisville!

Highly recommend!

The house was perfect! We loved everything about it. The decor was cute, very clean. The neighbors we met were very friendly. I walked my dog to the park up the street at night and I felt very safe. So close to the downtown area too! Matt was quick to respond with any questions we had. If my husband does the Louisville Ironman next year, we’d definitely stay here again.

This place is spacious but the kitchen was lacking - when I mentioned it to him he said he already knew -But he didn’t bother to replace it -

Great place!

Never judge a book by its cover, right?!?!? Absolutely. The neighborhood may not look the best but it is quiet and friendly. The house is much bigger than one would think. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the host was very accommodating with the supplies provided/needed. We had a wonderful time in Louisville. Thank you
