This hotel was an alright stay. I wouldn’t really consider it great as cost goes because there weren’t many amenities but I guess the location wasn’t all that bad. The kitchenette would have been useful for anyone needing it, we didn’t. The beds were pretty small but worked to sleep. The whole 3rd floor smelled of either cigarette smoke or weed smoke but it didn’t really get into the room so that was good. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind as well.

I had such a great stay at this hotel. The staff were genuinely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The entire place smelled amazing from the moment I walked in, which made it feel instantly inviting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, easily one of the best I’ve slept in during my travels. I also loved the kitchenette; it was fully stocked with every dish and utensil you could possibly need to cook a real meal, not just heat something up. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I’d happily stay here again.

The room was clean and had most of the amenities I needed except for a blow dryer and hair conditioner. In addition to adding those two items, I have a few suggestions for the management. 1. Our entry door had no sealing/insulation around the frame so you could basically see out into the hallway from the door edges. Someone could possibly see in as well. This was unnerving as well as loud. Located near the front desk, I could clearly hear conversations of all who walked past. I also heard the staff yelling back and forth to each other about needing towels in a particular room or supplies in the pantry. My suggestion would be to either install a better fitting door or install an acoustic door seal around the frame and a door sweep at the bottom. This would insulate and reduce the amount of exterior noise for your guests. 2. When we pulled up to the hotel three ragged looking souls were sitting at the front entrance smoking. I have no problem with them looking ragged-some people have rough lives. I am sad for what they have gone through. My suggestion would be to create a nice smoking area or patio around the side of the building for them to smoke and converse. This would encourage them to not smoke right at the front entrance and enable the hotel to have a better first impression for guests. Smoke would also not carry into the lobby and down all the hallways as it did. For a non-smoking hotel, it was pretty smoke filled. Thank you for your consideration.
