Fist assigned room had a dirty toilet and missing lightbulbs. Since hotel management required a $100 security deposit on my credit card, I rejected this room. Second room had dirty soiled top linens and towels. One bed had definite body fluid staining on top cover sheet. Neither room looked anything like the room pictured online when room was booked. It was horrible.. they put us on the top floor next to a room that had two barking dogs all night and we didn’t arrive to the hotel till late so there was nothing we could do. It was horrible. The dogs kept waking us up all night.

Good, basic hotel. Clean enough since we were there just to sleep. One thing, they had EXCELLENT WATER PRESSURE and an ABUNDANCE of hot water! This was amazing after each nite of Bourbon and Beyond! Staff very friendly and it was super quiet at night. Also A/C was super cold!

Good place to stay if you have no other option

Toilet was dirty. Towels were yellowed. One of the 4 pillows had a large yellow stain on the pillow case. VERY loud lower level, these people stayed up til midnight laughing and playing loud music 3/38/25. Door has to be slammed shut due to humidity so you’ll hear other guests doors closing at all times of the night and morning. Good place to stay if you have no other option.

Had a shower head but no way to turn it on ..no plug to take a bath either...very very noisy from side room and above room. Booked for 3 people was given one tiny bath towel and one washcloth

Had planned to use the atm the description/site lists as available at the property for the 100 dollar deposit since using a card it takes several days at minimum to get it back and I’ve already paid enough for the room and the cash you get back upon check out. After I arrived they tell me the atm doesn’t work so my card had to be used. Then day of checkout well within a couple hours to the 11 o clock checkout time I went out for a cigarette and when I tried to comeback in the room to gather my things to begin checkout my card had already been deactivated and unprepared or properly ready had to walk all the way to the front to have it reactivated.

The staff was friendly yet there was no fridge or microwave and the bed was very uncomfortable. The walls were extremely thin and didn’t hide much in regards to sound. The stay was affordable but we won’t be returning.
