Clean and comfortable!

Clean rooms and very nice staff. Comfortable bed! It’s was very basic but everything worked and it was clean. It was an adequate place to crash after the music festival!

Fist assigned room had a dirty toilet and missing lightbulbs. Since hotel management required a $100 security deposit on my credit card, I rejected this room. Second room had dirty soiled top linens and towels. One bed had definite body fluid staining on top cover sheet. Neither room looked anything like the room pictured online when room was booked. The staff was amazing and very accommodating for a last minute stay. I rented a 3bedroom vrbo house and the renter would not get back to us on the entry information so we had to find a new place stay which also meant 3 bedrooms.

Usually always stay here when I visit Louisville, 3 times this year, but honestly was deterred and miffed at the fact they took half my deposit, $50.00, due to there being paw prints on the white sheets after a rainy few days when I stay at motel 6 chains due to their dog friendly policy and find it a little weird that white sheets with paw prints that will ultimately be bleached for a small insignificant amount of money was charged to me at the rate of $50.00 to bleach them.

I liked the room but the pillows were very old and only 3. I asked for another pillow and the girl just said make sure its still there. So she gave me a pillow that also very worn out. Neighbors were playing music out front so couldnt get to sleep

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

We barely walked in the room and walked right out. The bedding was dirty and there were roaches all in the room. There was also homeless acrossed the street. We refused to stay there and got a refund.

It's decent

We were her for our son and daughter in law, they were having our grandson. What i found amusing was they were so worried about 4 service dogs in a room. And we had to separate into 2 rooms, so my wife and I had to sleep separately with 2 dogs each. We had even put in the notes on the reservation as we always do that we had multiple service animals and was never contacted about an issue. But we saw a meth pipe and lighter laying outside on the sidewalk. People sitting outside so messed up they couldn't hold their head up. The hotel itself was clean, the grounds were clean, rooms were decent. The price was good considering everything going on, I loved the seclusion of the hotel.
