Welcome to Kings on Restaurant Row! This thoughtful renovation was a full gut rehab - down to the studs - with the intent of creating the perfect space for your trip the Louisville. Walkable, close proximity to restaurants and shopping, and just a quick trip to downtown or anywhere you'd want to be in Louisville!

The Space:
The space is a 3 bedroom, all king beds, 2 full bath - with no stone left unturned! Brand new Hot tub in the fully enclosed private patio out back. Feel free to cook with our propane grill and enjoy time together between all the exciting things Louisville has to offer! Every SINGLE thing is NEW! No issues - just an easy breezy trip to Bourbon city that you can have confidence in! Come enjoy this wonderfully historic neighborhood in Crescent Hill - it will NOT disappoint!

The hot tub was awesome. Place was great. Comfortable, clean, quiet, and close to everything. Perfect for our one year anniversary. Will book again.

Friendly hosts, great stay. The only complaint is the couch and chairs in the living room are so low to the ground, not big or tall friendly.

The host was good. The house is cute and clean. Enjoyed the hot tub! However there is a punch list of items that need to be addressed on the house(basic repairs). Hopefully all these items are taken care of-prior to the next guest. Thanks
