This 6000 sq ft executive home sits on 5 acres of beautiful, golf course manicured lawn with a travertine deck pool just steps away from the front door. Featuring a screened in living room like back porch off the kitchen that seats six for dining.
A home gym includes a peloton, free weights, bench press, yoga mats and exercise balls.

This estate Sleeps 10. The newly decorated large master bedroom has a king bed and on suite full bath. The massive mother in law apartment has a king bed, a large living room and a full master bathroom.
The fully refinished basement includes a large bedroom with a queen size bed, huge closet and a full on suite bathroom. The second bottom floor bedroom has two single beds a half bath that attaches to a full bathroom.
There is a movie theatre that seats 10 and a large home office that has a half bath and a full walk out patio that seats 4 and overlooks a creek and an additional 3 acres of pristine woods a and lawn.

We are just 7 miles from the PGA Golf Championships at Valhalla Golf Club.
