The Space:

This property is situated on a beautiful, private 62-acre setting designed to offer a peaceful and secluded retreat. Owner's personal residence is also located on the property, approximately 150 yards from the listing and separated by plenty of trees. We respect our guests’ privacy and will keep distance throughout your stay.



Access to the property is via an approximately half-mile gravel driveway. The driveway is accessible by standard vehicles. However, as with most gravel country roads, there may be a few uneven or bumpy areas along the way. Please drive slowly and carefully when entering and leaving the property.



After booking confirmation, you will receive a short pre-arrival form from property management to be completed prior to arrival.

As this is a well-loved home rather than a hotel-style property, minor signs of age may be present. If anything needs attention during your stay, please let us know and we’ll address it promptly to ensure a stress-free visit.



Respect the Home

- Please treat the home as you would your own.

- The home is equipped with essential electronics that support operations. Please do not unplug any connected devices.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or loss and should report them immediately so we can resolve matters quickly.

- Guests may enjoy music, conversation, and outdoor activities later into the evening without needing to worry about disturbing neighboring homes. We simply ask that all activity remain respectful of the property. Please stay within the approved occupancy and guest limits, avoid mess or damages, and use the home, furnishings, outdoor areas, and amenities responsibly. Any damage, unauthorized activity, or excessive cleaning required after the stay may result in additional charges.



Health & Cleanliness

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. However, smoking is permitted outdoors, including around the fire pit area. Please dispose of all cigarette and cigar waste properly, never leave burning materials unattended, and help us keep the property clean and damage-free.

- Pets are welcome. A $140 non-refundable pet fee applies. A $50 fee applies for each additional pet. These fees go toward additional deep cleaning. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

- The hot tub is here for your enjoyment, please take good care of it and follow the rules provided. This helps us keep it clean and ready for everyone. A $500 fee may apply if guidelines aren’t followed.



Check-In & Check-Out

- Early check-in: We’ll do our best to accommodate when possible. Same-day requests depend on our cleaning schedule. To guarantee early check-in, booking the prior night (if available) is recommended.

- Late check-out: Requests must be made by the day before departure.. To guarantee a late check-out, booking the following night is recommended. Unapproved late check-outs may incur additional charges, and departures at 12:00 PM or later may be considered an extra night’s stay.



ADDITIONAL POLICIES:

- Luggage drop may be available with prior host approval.

- Third-party bookings are not permitted. Guests must book for themselves.

- Forgot something? We can mail items back upon request for a handling and shipping fee.

- The lake behind the owner’s home is off-limits. No fishing, swimming, boating, or guest access is permitted. Please also stay away from and do not enter the barn near the cabin.
