Unlike even expensive motels, this red roof was an excellent condition, without dust on the floor, or mold, or musty smelling. The staff is courteous, and really care about the motel.

The room is more in line with what a$40/ night room would be. I paid twice that amount. Room is run down, outdated, and surfaces weren't wiped down. Location is very convenient though. Close to shopping, food, and highway.

the pictures make it look way nicer than it is. Refrigerator didn't work and smelled terrible when u opened it. Bed was comfortable but couldn't shower the next morning because shower wouldnt work. only stay if you need to sleep!

The shower head had a leak that make it a 365 degree problem. The back of the remote was broken, the paint is pealing on the ceilings and on the walls. There is a black substance in some areas that I’d venture is mold. We thought Red Roof was trying to turn their image around, but this was subpar, even for the 11 hours we were there. The baseboards are pealing away from the wall. The tv has a black area in the bottom left corner. Do better!

staff is nice and helpful..they upgrade my rooms for free. keep in mind
there's a 50 dollars deposit for each room and they ask ID from every person that stays in the room

Check in was fast and personable - they upgraded us to a better room for free. This is an older facility that has been spiffed up and is clean, well maintained, and pleasant. The beds are new and comfortable. The motel is part of a row of motels and is right next to an upper middle class housing area with a country club just to the west. There's plenty of restaurants within a few blocks. We stay here several times a year and can't beat the price.

Roaches everywhere. No blanket on the bed, just a sheet. By the time we got our room, the lady at the front desk had already left. Awful draft coming in from the door.

I would recommend staying here. It was clean, quiet and easy to get into the parking lot. I plan to stay here again.

Things looked a bit worn compared to the pics so I imagine they’re a few years old. But it was nice and clean, quiet, great location, very affordable, everything worked, etc. No pests or anything either. Would definitely stop here again.
