This home has vintage charm with modern amenities. Enjoy the fenced in backyard, pets are welcome. You can relax around the fire pit or on the deck and grill out. Minutes from numerous shops and restaurants in historical downtown New Albany. The Stone house is close to many exciting places here in town and Louisville. It’s also close to multiple hospitals for those in town for work.

The Space:
Hello, welcome to our Stone house. The sleeping quarters consist of 2 bedrooms, one is king and the other offers a queen bed. This home will comfortably sleep 4 guests. The kitchen has all the equipment needed to cook meals: fully-equipped, open plan kitchen | full-sized refrigerator, oven range | dishwasher | microwave | toaster | coffee maker | utensils | 12 piece non-stick cookware sets while there is a gas grill for use as well. The dining area seats 4 people. The front door has a coded lock for front door entry. There is free street side parking and a driveway for use in the back. Our Roku TV gives guests access to streaming services. Help yourself to all our appliances. In the newly renovated bathroom, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. The back deck provides relaxation and restful place for sipping hot coffee in the morning or reading a book! Please let us know if there is anything else we can provide to make your stay more comfortable! Thank you for choosing our home and we look forward to hosting you!

Guest Access
The Stone House has an unfinished basement and garage for storage, these are locked for safety purposes for families traveling with children. There is a sump pump in the basement, so you may hear it periodically run it's cycle.

Self check-in via lockbox. Access code will be sent prior to arrival to obtain keys to access home. Front door access, side door has safety feature of exit only with no key needed, stays locked on outside.



Other things to note
Please remember, you're staying in a home and not a hotel. Kindly care for the space as if it were your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible.

Security camera on drive way and front of house.

This location is minutes from coffee shops, numerous high end restaurants, sports bars and entertainment. It is also is close to a busy road and because of that you can hear some noise while staying here but it’s not terrible.

NO PARTIES or SMOKING ALLOWED. Guests who violate our no party or no smoking policies will be subject to a $500 minimum fine each.
! NO EXCEPTIONS without prior approval in writing, guests who check-in early OR check-out after 10 AM will be charged $75 every 30 minutes past check out time. If check-out is past 3 PM, an additional night will be charged
Maximum dog limit is 2 dogs per stay. Pet fee additional. If needing early check in, please ask.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rebecca's.The property was very clean, spacious and was described and shown in the listing. The beds was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with basic dishes and cooking utensils.It was in an older but safe neighborhood, however you have to drive to entertainment, dinning and shopping places.We would definitely stay with Rebecca again.

Comfortable getaway

We loved this spacious older home that was beautifully updated. Comfortable bed and large rooms. The only miss was backyard was overgrown weedy and buggy but the home itself was fantastic. Good location so 3asy toget to Louisville attractions and Jeffersonville was close for shopping. Great places to eat in downtown New Albany.

Cute older house in a decent neighborhood. We enjoyed our visit to the area - a great show at the Derby, walking at Falls of Ohio state park, and seeing the forest giants in Bernheim. Rebecca was great at communicating with us prior, during, and after the trip.

The property was well maintained and everything was as pictured. The only negative i have is that i was told coffee and firewood would be provided and it was but not enough of wither for the days we were there so i had to go buy more. Other than that everything was smooth and as expected!

Exactly what I needed

This property exceeded my hopes. The house was immaculate, well equipped with essentials, and had warm welcoming touches from Kuerig cups of many flavors to snack bags of chips and granola bars. The furniture and mattress was soooo comfortable!I felt safe and comfortable and enjoyed my time on the private deck bird watching and sippingCoffee.The host was communicative and welcoming and helpful. The house was so affordable and location is near every and all fast food and a Target.I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Louisville.

Charming house. Lovely fenced back yard. Secure. Host left us plenty of snacks, coffee, drinks. The washer/dryer combo doesn't quite dry clothes well takes several hours to dry even small loads. Bedding a little thin but bed are very n8ce. We recommend staying here.
