Very clean rooms and friendly staff. The only downside was a damp smell in the rooms. But a good, clean, and reasonably priced hotel can't be beat!!

I was surprised by the niceness of the Room. Clean quiet restful night. I had one problem to no avail. My Smart T.V. wasn’t so smart as I along with two employees David & Kai spent 45 minutes trying to troubleshoot. I was in Room 103. I was offered to switch Rooms for which I declined because I was exhausted and already comfortably situated in the Room.

The staff was friendly, but they are understaffed. Our room was incredibly dirty. We went out and bought cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves because we really had nowhere else to go. There was used soap in the tub and drinks left in the refrigerator which makes me question whether the sheets were even changed or if they just made the bed. We had only one towel and it was wet. The toilet seat was literally cracked in half and we got only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper. Usually pretty happy with Super 8. This was not the best one I’ve ever been to.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Awful hotel. Do not stay here. Bathroom was dirty. Staff didn’t care when I told them the comforters had cigarette burns in them. Continental breakfast was a joke and the room was dirty and food was all over the counter. One morning, they didn’t have coffee cups but there were lids for whatever reason. Next morning, no cups or lids. The interior of the motel looks like someone DIY’d all over that dump. Doesn’t feel safe to stay there. Louisville residents said it has a reputation for drugs and sex trafficking. Only reason I had to stay there was lack of availability at other places due to a music festival in town.

Became extremely nervous with all the negative reviews, stay was fine, room was clean, staff kind and helpful, breakfast was minimal, but fine nonetheless. Worth mentioning, the hotel does not provide airport transportation and fortunately I found that out prior to arrival, so there was an added expense. Would stay here again.

Meh. Price was acceptable and the place appears clean. Door key continued to lock us out, but the front desk staff would walk up with us to unlock- EVERY time we returned to the room (some sort of override done from front desk.) Two very small pillows and a blanket made of used newspaper. Hey, somebody built an airport next door! Get to breakfast early or you'll be hungry. tight parking lot.

My review may be really bad but the staff was awesome. They work in a crummy motel and there is only so much they are able to do about that. The room was disgusting. The smell of the room was horrible, the sheets had burn marks in them and the toilet seat along with the shower were all stained. But again the staff was incredible just wanna emphasize on that.

The front desk staff were nice and friendly and the lobby looked updated and nice. The room was another story. It was shabby. The blankets had holes in them and one of the beds had a huge sage in the middle. The towels and sheet were worn and looked liked they were not clean. The toilet barley worked. It’s a low price for a reason.

The girl at the front desk when we checked in was the best part of the stay. She was helpful and friendly. The room didn't appear to have been updated in at least ten years. Paint chipping, cigarette burns in the bedding, very thin, very old fleece blanket and a sheet were the only bedding, door safety latch was barely hanging on. Outside there was people sitting on the curb smoking, first floor hall smelled like marijuana (non smoking hotel).

Didn’t like it at all, walls are paper thin, inside rooms are old our mattress had blood stains in the side, carpet felt dirty, roaches in the sink and the beeping of the fire alarm on the ceiling. I could tell they clean the halls smells very good but the room are very old. We had to get switched because our bed was very uncomfortable when we layer down it sunk in the middle, broken tile in the bathroom. The only thing I was leased with was the staff they are very friendly and acted quickly when I told them about my bad, even though the next room wasn’t all that great either but the stag yes very friendly.

You get what you pay for

Booked this stay for convenience to the fairgrounds. It kept us dry and warm. Beyond that, this hotel unfortunately needs a lot of attention to help raise its scores. The hotel has a cockroach problem having seen three in our room and hearing others having the same experience, so beware. Our sink was cracked and leaked on the floor. The towels were child sized. No extra toilet paper stored in the room. Beds were basic spring mattresses, and our final night saw us get stuck in the elevator for a short time. Carpets tend to have a little stickiness to them which is probably due to age and the KY humidity over time. Breakfast consists of cereal and a waffle maker, so we passed. I appreciate the location and affordability, but would spend a few extra bucks for a nicer place next time we come to town.

Bugs stay here.

Bugs: alive and dead. Pulled in truck blocking driveway and couldn’t get around them and they were checking in; park then check in. Check in ladies were very nice. Broken furniture, no luggage stand so had to sit my suit case on the bed. Door to bathroom was scratched up. Blower for air conditioner barely worked and wouldn’t blow on high at all. Saw live bug on toilet seat in the middle of the night and dead bugs on bed by window. No Bible. Breakfast was horrible and non existent. Gravy was terrible. Thank goodness there was waffles. No bagels or cream cheese. Don’t stay here there’s better in town and you get what you pay for. We will pick better next time.
