I had an accident while checking in. The manager told me to get off his property and I would not get a refund. He was the most unprofessional person I have ever seen He should be fired immediately. He was yelling and screaming at me then I got very belligerent with him also. He had no interest in hear me out Then I told him what I thought of him

Our room had BED BUGS! Management refuses to refund any money and says "the room is right next to the exit door where pests could get in" I wish i could upload videos to this review and show you. We had 3 babies ages 3 and under that we had to get out at 3am to travel home.This place is a joke!

This facility had the most wonderful staff, rooms were clean, and it was convenient getting to the Fair grounds which is why I was there. The one thing I did not care for was it was noisy (traffic) all night and I traveled with a dog and there was not much outside area.

Staff was friendly. Basic breakfast of cereal, oatmeal but also had good fresh fruit. One bed was too soft with a permanent indention in the mattress. Fairly priced.

I have stayed here before and that's why i came back. The ADA room that I had was equipped with a seat and walkin shower. The bed was big and it was quiet. The iron leaked and they fixed it promptly.

Better than expected
Stayed 3 night. The room was clean and the street noise was less than expected, thankfully. The bed was softer than I like but was comfortable and slept well overall. Bathroom and common areas were clean. Parking area was well lit. Breakfast was ok. Toast, oatmeal, fresh fruit, coffee, juice...etc. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and fixed our shower that wasn’t working right away. I just wasn’t happy they didn’t do housekeeping. Our small trash can was overflowing and we needed towels. I like when a hotel cleans daily.

Location was convenient for the event we were attending. We were there 4 nights. We had our room cleaned one time while we were there. When we arrived, the hotel hallway smelled like sewer as soon as we stepped off the elevator. It was like that every day that we were there and when we left. The room rates are always raised during a special event but at that rate, we should have clean towels, trash taken out and not have to smell sewer.

It was convenient from the event we were attending. However, we were there 4 days and our room was cleaned one time and the hallway smelled like sewer every day that we were there. The room charge, like all of the other hotels was increased because of the event in town but even with that, there should have been service like fresh towels, trash emptied, and we shouldn't have smelled sewer.
