Check in was easy but I think the lady at the front desk could have been friendlier. She wasn't rude but it was obvious she didn't want to be there. They could definitely use some more space for parking. Room was very clean and well stocked.

Breakfast was fresh daily. Parming was a bit confusing. Using google maps it brings you to the back through a neighborhood and no parking lot. That should be updated. The room was mosy clean except the bathroom walls were dirty around the toilet and shower.

My husband and i stay at this hotel frequently. Him for business and me for dog sports happening in Louisville. They are pet friendly and have a great area out back for walking dogs. The stone fired pizza place a block away is awesome and a short walk. The rooms are always very clean and the staff very friendly.

The room was spotless, sink, tub, bed all clean, very comfortable. Check in was easy and simple. The staff were nice and very helpful also the hotel is very conveniently located 5 minutes from the airport and expo center. My only criticism was that the variety of breakfast food was a hair bit lacking, the food quality was acceptable compared to other hotel breakfasts. Also the tv remote had limited range But was still perfectly useable. Really all those critiques were non influential in my overall rating. I would visit again if back in the area.
