Contractors living in the hotel!
Disappointed in our recent stay. Contractors are living in the hotel and we had to complain about people smoking in their rooms, the smell of weed, tons of trash outside, and people loitering and swearing inside the hotel. The phone in the room didn’t work either.

Absolutely no customer service skills!
Booked this hotel by accident - wanted to stay near the airport. Realized the error on the arrival date and reached out to hotel to change reservation. TownePlace stated that I needed to reach out to Expedia to change reservation.Reached out to Expedia, they said I needed to contact hotel - total runaround. After 40 minutes on hold Expedia told me that hotel refused to make the change. So...ended up spending an extra $200 on Uber to get to where I was going. Hotel itself is OK...but communication/customer service is AWFUL!
