Best spot in Louisville

This place was perfect. Super clean, easy to check into, we walked to everything in downtown Louisville. Parking was super easy with the street parking out front and the lot out back. Will absolutely stay here next time we are in town.

Great stay at Louisville Loft!!

We were two couples that really enjoyed our down time from touring the local distilleries at the loft apartment. Well stocked kitchen equipment and very comfortable living space. We would recommend the flat to our friends.

Cool place in NULU

Great location, cool place. Short walking distance to downtown. Check out the bar “Franks” next door for different nightly attractions-we had fun watching an open mic night for comedians. Be aware there is no door on the 2nd bedroom. Overall good place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this loft! Great location easily walkable to our favorite restaurants, bars, shops and of course urban distilleries. We found the beds comfortable and appreciated the large bedrooms and baths. We ate in for breakfast and kitchen was well appointed. This loft had plenty of “old” charm to it. Thanks for sharing it with us!!

Nice and Spacious

My family of four had a very enjoyable stay at this TWO STORY loft. Very clean and bright with great sunlight coming through floor to ceiling windows. Kitchen was well stacked. We were a walking distance to Louisville downtown, the NuLu (New Louisville) vibrant district, and the parks near the Ohio river. Street parking outside was plentiful and free from 5 PM to 10 AM.

NuLu Loft

The property itself was clean and was clearly recently renovated. It’s definitely a loft and there’s lots of stairs. The property is very close to lots of attractions and it’s an easily walkable area. Being in the downtown, two blocks from a rescue mission, visitors will need to deal with the homeless population. Parking is either at a meter right outside the front door, or around the corner behind the building.

This property was everything that we had hoped. It was spacious, super clean, had tons of natural light, plenty of towels, comfortable beds and the kitchen was well stocked. Pros: good communication from host, clean, spacious, unique old building, walkable and easy to get to places, two coded doors into building Cons: bare minimum linens-only 1 towel/ washcloth per person for our 4 night stay, lumpy pillows, very squeaky floors in bedroom, low water pressure in one bathroom, upstairs runs much warmer than downstairs area, loft area could use a movable room divider of some sort for some privacy

This place was great! It was in a great, walkable location to bars, restaurants, and distilleries in downtown. The space itself was huge and was more than enough for our party of 5. Bryan was very responsive and provided some great local spots in the area. Would definitely stay again!

The overnight parking worked fairly well, though the lot behind the building is not free and not monitored. The beds were comfortable, space worked perfect for our group. Really cool place. The building itself is older and that charm is felt in the loft. It has been reworked though with warm featues and comforts. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfy.
