Staff was great! Security was terrible! Past 10:30 pm boys running up and down hall screaming slamming doors. Called security “boys will be boys”. So I bit the bullet and no longer will stay there.I want kids to have fun but past 10:30 pm come on

One of your staff ... Kimberly ... was very helpful as she helped us get a second room because the first room we were assisgned smelled of smoke. She went down to the front desk ... not a short trip ... to get the key for the new room while we waited with our luggage ... this was very helpful. Also ...
