The room is absolutely crawling with roaches. They are crawling up the walls and on every surface. I don't think anything has ever been cleaned in this room before. The bedding is dirty and stained. Despite paying extra charges, we were required to clean, arrange the towels in the closet, wash, throw out the garbage ...
