Queen Anne style house. 3 stories with 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, full kitchen, dining room plus basement with full kitchen, dining area, bedroom 1 1/2 baths and laundry room. There is 1 large room on the third floor with 3 queen beds and a 3/4 bath. The second floor has 4 bedrooms, one with a cal king bed and a private full bath, one with a queen bed and a full bath, another with a queen bed and one with 2 extra long twin beds. The last 2 bedrooms share a full bath. The first floor has a full kitchen with mud room, living room, dining room, sitting room and half bath the basement has 1 bedroom with a 3/4 bath, a full kitchen, living/dining room, a half bath and laundry room. The house is located in a small town 45 miles from Grand Island and 50 miles from Kearney. You will have use of the entire house. The house is perfect for reunions, wedding parties, hunting groups and anytime you just want to get away

Love your Victorian home!

Thank you once again for providing a very comfortable place for our family to vacation. We’ve stayed here for the last 5 years and our grandchildren have come to love this place like their own. Family Reunion

Very nice accommodations. Everyone had a wonderful time as there was plenty of room for 15 of us. It was very warm but the air worked great as most everyone stayed inside until it cooled off in the evening, then used the patio😊. Only problem was the worms coming in under the main door in the basement apartment. Most died but lots of dead worms in the living room and kitchen down there.

Great Place

This our second stay, and we'll be back. The house is beautiful, enormous and within walking distance to downtown. The owners are excellent and responsive. Highly recommend.

Last year our stay was great, this year disappointed. Spent an hour cleaning when we arrived.

Needs a thorough cleaning, carpets need professionally cleaned. Flies and beetles were all over the house. Sheets need replaced, some electrical outlets didn't work, TV did not work. This is a beautiful house, hope it is maintained better!

Very nice and spacious house

The house was in a perfect location and very roomy. We stayed in the house for a wedding that weekend and it was walking distance from the reception and only a few blocks from the church. Very nice house.

Very enjoyable family vacation!

Certainly enjoyed the stay at this house-all the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as all the spacious, clean areas inside and out. Walking and biking distance to town and park worked well for whole family. Also close to sherman lake was a plus....thank you!

FAMILY REUNION

WE LOVED THE HOUSE, LARGE ENOUGH TO FIT ALL MY SIBLINGS AND SPOUSES, PLUS FAMILY THAT CAME TO VISIT DURING THE DAY. WE ENJOYED THE KITCHEN AS WE ALL LOVE TO COOK. THE EXTRA KITCHEN IN THE BASEMENT WAS VERY HELPFUL. WE WALKED UP TOWN SEVERAL TIMES BUT WISHED SOME OF THE BUSINESSES WE OPEN ACCORDING TO THEIR LISTED HOURS. (ANTIQUE SHOPS). VERY NICE HOUSE. THE 3 TRASH BAGS WERE NOT ADEQUATE FOR A LARGE GROUP STAYING 6 DAYS, ALONG WITH 2 ROLLS OF TP PER BR, WE DID HAVE TO GET OUR OWN SUPPLY. HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH INTERNET, AND SOME APPLIANCES NOT WORKING CORRECTLY, BUT IT HAPPENS SOMETIMES. THANK YOU CATHY, FOR YOUR EFFORTS AND COMING BY TO HELP.

Can’t wait to go back!

This house is awesome! It was our second year staying. One great thing is that the house is about 2 blocks from a good grocery store. It made meals so much easier! My Dad has celiac’s disease so we cooked almost every meal there and it was a breeze.

Better than the pictures!

We found this for a last minute get away and it was even better than our original plans. The property itself is even better than the pictures, plenty of space, all the cooking utensils you would need and lovely furnishings. The location is just a few blocks from the park and even closer to downtown. They provide a notebook with dining and entertainment options which is great. There is a large front yard, upstairs balcony and a patio that includes a grill and tables. I couldn’t have been happier. It’s a fabulous rental and a bang Dor the buck!

Best three day vacation in the middle of farm country

Always a wonderful experience. This is the third time we have stayed here and enjoy it more each time. Excellent location for walking uptown to enjoy breakfast at the local diner.

Had a wonderful time!

The property was perfect for us. Owners were very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the clean and spacious yet cozy rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. We needed internet for our group and it wasn't working but the owners responded quickly and when it couldn't be fixed right away, they offered us to use their personal home for our meetings. Definitely would stay there again!
