Nice hotel with very frendly service

Very nice service alweys smiling and good people. Great location for lourdes visit City center 5 min walk from hotel to church. We arive late nigh and they was so nice and offer us great diner. Ther is new owner from februar so all other comments are irrelevant.

réservation sur expedia pour nous et sur booking pour ma famille, aucune reservation notée sur leur cahier ; envoyés à l'hôtel Milan, en face qui gère la délivrance des clés, nous avons attendu 25 mn avant de voir la réceptionniste. Chambres minuscules et glacées, réduites au maximum de confort, nous avons dû demander la possibilité d'avoir de l'eau chaude.....heureusement hotel quasi désert car aucune insonorisation. Restaurant fermé le soir. A EVITER

Une bête à plussieurs pâtes noire avec deux antennes à été retrouvé juste avant que je me couche dans les draps heureusement que j'ai le réflex de vérifier toujours dans le lit où je veux dormir un scandale drap même pas changé de plus une petite tâche de sang sur l'orreillé même pas changé. Dans la même rue des noires de peaux prennent les gens sans leurs consentements en vidéos ou photos. Bruyant le soir et matin tôt pofte qui claque. Je déconseille fortement cette hôtel

Nous avons bien rigoler pendant notre séjour, alarme incendie en route en pleine nuit car défaillance du système, qui a été contrôler, un matin pas d'eau chaude, problème résolu rapidement, et du coup changement de chambre, gérant très sympa, et prix raisonnable

Le monsieur qui s'occuper de nous parfait ! Les matelas font mal au dos ! et le petit déjeuner ma donner mal au ventre ! et petit déjeuner très simple pour son prix ! Mais sinon rien à dire sur l'accueil vraiment parfaite !
