"The facilities are stunning , we had a beautiful room with sea view.

"This place has an amazing breakfast. The owner literally cooks her chickens eggs and hand crafts her pastries and jam. You are literally 100 yards from the ferry so it is super convenient if you have an early ferry. "
"After initial problems with my room I was upgraded to a flat and offered a bottle of wine and a cold platter to make up for the inconvenience. I cannot thank Korinna enough as she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and at home. I had a wonderful stay and would return willingly. "The hotel is in the centre of Zakynthos town, close to excellent local family run restaurants. Parking is a challenge as the hotel does not have onsite parking. The breakfast is very good with sufficient options to eat healthily (ie high protein options - boiled eggs and fresh yogurt)."

For our 25th anniversary, they surprised us with an upgrade from the standard Contessina Hotel to Contessina Suites and Spa and gave us a room with our own private pool, it was absolutely amazing. They also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and provided several great discounts throughout the hotel.
The included breakfast was a highlight, with fresh-squeezed juices and a delicious spread I looked forward to every morning.
But the best part? The staff who were all friendly, helpful, and genuinely courteous.
