No key in the key box as it was described. We had to get key from restaurant staff in the hotel. We also couldn’t watch any TV as there was no remote in the room . "Our family of 4 had a 6 night stay and loved it here. The location makes it very easy to get around, with a tram stop right nearby. Only 2 tram and 2 metro stops from Midi. Nice restaurants, cafes and bakeries close by as well as a supermarket. Staff were very friendly and helpful, responding to needs quickly. Room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. It was a little noisy at night due to roadworks nearby but not that noticeable. "
