Discover this charming holiday rental in the heart of a picturesque village, combining comfort and authenticity. Enjoy a spacious ground floor with a cosy living room, a welcoming dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen for gourmet meals. Upstairs, three cosy bedrooms await you for restful nights. A secure garage and access to a river provide opportunities for relaxing family time. Perfect for off-season getaways, this holiday rental is ideal for a wonderful holiday! Single-story holiday rental with an upper level, located right in the heart of the village. Ground floor: entryway, dining room, living room, separate fully equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker, drip coffee maker, Cookeo, multifunction raclette machine, blender, food processor, Clipso pressure cooker), and half-bath. Upper level: 3 bedrooms (2 with 160 cm beds, 1 with 2 90 cm beds), bathroom, and toilet. Lockable garage for bicycles or a car. River nearby. Final cleaning is mandatory (a fee of 150€ will be charged if not completed). Minimum 4-night stays outside the summer season. Regarding cleaning: if the cottage is not returned to the condition it was in upon your arrival, you will automatically be billed €150, payable on-site to the owner. Sheets and towels included
