You benefit from an independent entrance, a private terrace and a peaceful environment ideal for recharging your batteries. Whether you are coming for a holiday in Normandy, a romantic weekend, a business trip or to attend an event, its location is particularly convenient. Caen is accessible on foot or by bike via the La Vélo Francette greenway. The Zenith, the Parc des Expositions, and the Palais des Sports are quickly accessible in just a few minutes by car. A bus stop is in front of our house allowing you to easily reach Caen and its surroundings. If you want to enjoy the seaside, the beaches are about 20km away and the main historical sites are also nearby. After a beautiful day, you will enjoy relaxing in the garden and on the terrace. Your small dog can accompany you on request. This little cocoon is ideal for discovering Normandy while being close to Caen and the sea.
