"It was okay. The room was somewhat cramped, with the wardrobe creating a choke point when entering the bed area. As a result, I hit my shoulder a few times on a lamp that was on the wall. The clearance was only about 2.5 feet."

"We had to go purchase our own towels they had stains on them the sheet had stains also I told the staff and the remote didn’t have a back to it I let them know because I don’t want to be charged for something that wasn’t on the remote when I got there the breakfast was awful no good option only one kind of milk I’m lactose intolerant they only had whole milk people came in from outside getting breakfast spitting in the trash can by the food overall it wasn’t a good stay I’m currently waiting on my deposit to be return to me and hopefully management reach out about this problem"

"This is my third stay at the hotel. The location is excellent. The staff is great. However, the design of the hotel is showing its wear and tear. The AC system on the lobby level affecting the restaurant, coffee/coworking lounge was not working properly. This is a big problem for a place like Texas. In my room, there were so many light switches and motion sensors, that simply have stopped working, partially working, had flicker lights. This creates a stress on a traveler who is looking for simple comfort, not mood lighting with one working sink sconce. Whoever designed the electric got carried away and now the hotel is stuck with two many items that do not work. Sadly, to fix, would require a major renovation. You can see this design was done during a period where designers thought it would be cool to enter a room into the bathroom, rather than a hallway. Imagine room service being brought through a toilet area in your room. Hopefully by now the hotel and its design teams have terminated the woke DEI staff involved in those designs and have gone back to designs that have survived thousands of years."

"This property will fool you with the nice picture of the lady that they display online in their waiting area. DON’T DO IT! It’s on the level of a Motel 6, and if I would have had the time and not catching a flight within 4 hours of checking in, we would’ve went somewhere else. The front desk attendants were nice though, but the property needs work."

"Well to start there’s no complimentary breakfast. And the adjacent building is owned by them too and they do serve complimentary breakfast. But not for that hotel. Toilet was not working. Sad. Couch smelled and looked stained. Other than that room was clean."
