Beautiful place up on top of hill. Rooms are ok. We had one with the ensuite which was ok water pressure a bit low. The place needs a bit of tlc. Yes I would book their again for the trees view and how quiet it was.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
No shops nearby not enough cooking facilities no access to bbq area
Our Cottage was upstairs above a frequently used bathroom by campers all through the night
The photos and description did not mention that the cottage was part of a facility used by people camping on the property
We were given no instructions to locate key
The cottage had dirty towels and the bedding was dirty
Also we had no water one night due to a camper emptying the tank
Very overpriced and disappointing compared to the description and photos

View and location were fantastic. Cosy fire huge bed
Quite dated could have done with a spring clean as things like fans quite dusty and villa had a musty smell
Location wise good, lovely view. Guest house tired. Standard room very basic and small with limited facilities. OK for overnight stay but I would not recommend for several day stay.
Margaret the owner is a lovely person and her accommodations are like being at home. It’s secluded and quiet yet close enough to all the area features to mage it convenient. Lots of kangaroos on the area.
We went away for some peace and quiet, and that's what we got on a beautiful Aussie background with kangaroos in abundance. Off the beaten track but well worth it.
The B&B is set in an amazing area and has fantastic views. The room was very clean and pleasant and comfortable. We were a little disappointed with the bathroom facilities and the ability to keep the water at a comfortable level.
It was out 1st family holiday with our new baby and had been so excited ..i booked online in advance. We drove to the accommodation after a very long day, our baby tired and us. Only to show up as it was getting dark hours away from home. The rude owner told us unapologeticly that it had been cancelled and she tried to call me (once) which she didnt. She just turned us away. My baby was crying as was i. We were hours away from home with nowhere to stay on a long weekend and every other hotel booked out. We had no choice but to drive 5 hours home again and cancel our trip. As we were leaving another couple were also checking straight out as they said the room was nothing like advertised online and had a shared toilet and bathroom. They were disgusted at the state of the room. Please don't spoil your break and stay here. The owner is very rude. There's lots of lovely places to stay in the area and this is definitely NOT one of them. We will never forget out 1st family holiday ruined by this horrible experience which could have been so easily fixed.

Wasn't as advertised
Booked a standard room - and never saw that it was for a joint bathroom until I read reviews (when already booked). Went back in to the booking form and still couldn't find any reverence to a shared bathroom.
Facilities included air conditioning, ceiling fans and a tv. The aircon wasn't efficient or controlled by room, the ceiling fan made an awful noise at all speeds - had to have it on low to keep the air circulating on these hot days! No tv - not in the standard room or in the communal area that was adjoining the standard rooms.
Was a lovely property with beautiful views, horses and kangaroos.
Would be good for a large group.
