Welcome to our Riverside Retreat, the perfect haven for an active family or group of 4-6 guests. With 3 private bedrooms featuring Queen beds, this charming retreat offers a cozy and convenient stay. Let's explore the highlights:

Amazing, highly recommend!

The house was very clean and comfortable! The kitchen was nicely stocked, making cooking very easy. Love love love the electric fireplace, was perfect to add that extra touch of warmth. My husband and I highly recommend! The hosts were even kind enough to leave us Ghirardelli Cookies!

Beautiful cottage and setting with lots of outdoor activities available!

The Riverside Retreat was just that...at Retreat! The home is very comfortable and well equipped. There were lots of little touches that the stay even more enjoyable. The ease of access to the river, the cycling/walking trail, and great restaurants was outstanding. Would definitely go back! Thank you for a great experience!

Fantastic Stay

Excellent little house right on the bike path - very clean with large bathroom and full kitchen. Used both the patio and covered front porch for relaxing, depending on the weather! Walked r bikes from the back patio right onto bike path - so convenient for walking or biking. Would definitely stay in this house again

Amazing location and great outdoor space

The home is perfect for a relaxing weekend. We enjoyed the outdoor patio for drinks and then a short walk into the adorable downtown Loveland area. so many great restaurants to choose from and also enjoy the bike path. The check-in was great and the interactive tablet they have in the kitchen has all the information for a great stay. My family members were all planning to visit the area and rent the house in the future.

Great place by the River

This is a beautiful property right by the river and an extremely short drive to down town Loveland , enjoyed having the bike trail literally in the back yard. Would stay here again. The rules for the house are hardcore but understand since it is managed by a third party company.

Relaxing cottage

We had a great stay. Cottage was clean and well equipped. Everything worked great. The electronic message board on the wall was personalized and informative. Paved walking/ bike trail was within feet of patio. Very nice.

Amazing Cottage!!

We have stayed here several times while visiting my son in Loveland. Beautiful cottage near the river and quaint downtown Loveland! The place is extremely clean and has many inviting qualities. You walk out the back sliding door and you are on the wonderful Bike Trail! You won’t be disappointed!

Nearest VRBO Rental to Loveland and on Bike Trail

My family is long distance bicyclists. We rode about 100 miles during our recent stay. Sometimes we'd end a ride at Graeter's Ice Cream in Loveland to refuel. In the evening we'd walk to one of Loveland's many eateries to meet family or friends for dinner. For bicyclists and walkers this retreat is ideal.

Cozy Loveland Cottage

We were so lucky to find this cozy cottage on the Loveland bike trail. The cottage was exactly as described and the bike trail is literally right out the back door. The cottage is adorable. It's decorated so nice with beautiful pictures of horses & a bicycle theme. I love the lights hanging in the kitchen. The property the cottage is on is beautiful. Across the street from the cottage is an open grassy area & there you will find the river. My husband & I took our chairs down there & sat on the rocky beach. So relaxing. When we weren't enjoying the cottage & the property we were on the bike trail or exploring the historical downtown of Loveland, which is only a half mile walk on the bike trail. There are great restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops & stores. Our favorite place was the Narrow Path Brewing Company. My husband & I love to bike & brew. They have a great outdoor patio area. If you like wood fire pizza I highly recommend The Works. Their pizza is excellent. They also have an outdoor dining area. We had a great fall weekend to enjoy the bike trail. Either way you ride you will find a Brewery. We stopped at the Little Miami Brewing Company in Milford. Awesome outdoor seating right on the river. We also stopped at the Monkey Bar & Grill in Maineville. They also have great outdoor seating over looking the river. There is a new brewery(Cartridge Brewing Co) opening in the Peters Cartridge Factory in Kings Mills. Was not open yet when we were there. We really enjoyed our time at the cottage & exploring Loveland & the surrounding little towns. We will definitely be back! Thank you Derek & Jessica, Pat & Patty Ryan

Not what was expected

This property is on a flood plain. Dehumidifier is loud and runs on and off all day and night. Property has a well with low water pressure. Every bedroom has a 1 to 2 inch drop from living room floor. Bed was not comfortable and kitchen table has seen better days. There was no water view where property sits.

Great Location

Perfect place to spend spring days watching all the folks use the trail system. The town of Loveland is a easy walk from the home with a vibrant atmosphere.

Perfect Location

There are not enough superlatives to describe this home. Literally steps from the little Miami trail. Three separate lovely outdoor spaces to hang out/eat meals. Was so fun sitting there watching people go by on the trail. The house inside is beautiful and there were so many nice extra little touches Throughout the house. Super clean. Even a fancy LED board with scrolling information. Just a short walk on the trail to acute little town of Loveland. We only stayed two nights, but wish it had been longer as it was relaxing. We never even ventured down to the river but having private access from the rental is another major bonus. Highly highly recommend. We will definitely be telling our friends about this place and if ever in the area will stay here again for sure!

Beautiful Home!

We loved our weekend stay at Riverside Retreat! The house had all the essentials including bath and kitchen items. The home sits just feet from the walking path, it was easy to take my little one for a stroller ride! We loved being close to the river. It was a relaxing and peaceful weekend! We will be back!

Comfortable and cute

We stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting family nearby. Everything was as described - clean, comfortable, and you could tell they really valued their customers - they left lots of goodies and treats for us and we really appreciated it. Would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The short walk to town and the location of the bike trail made the location very convenient for our stay. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Perfect retreat when visiting the northern Cincinnati area.

The River Retreat was a perfect place for me while visiting son and family in the Montgomery/Indian Hills area. It is located adjacent to the Little Miami River bike trail which is highly trafficked by bikers, runners, walkers and dogs! Easy walking distance (via the bike path) into cute Loveland which has a great selection of nice restaurants, pubs, music and a weekly farmers market. It’s a very quiet place with just a few neighbors yet only minutes away from 275 and 71 so easy access to almost anywhere in greater Cincinnati. Great for a single person or couple for an extended stay with 2 extra bedrooms for guests if needed (granddaughters in my case). The only real drawbacks are no closets or dressers in 2 of the bedrooms and in nice weather, lots of people going by on the bike path (lots of fun for people watching but not a lot of privacy on the back patio). Most importantly, it was clean and well furnished. I will be planning on staying there again for my next extended visit to my family.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Riverside Retreat. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Everything was so well maintained. The property and river access was such a nice bonus, my kids loved going down to the rocky beach. Also loved the proximity to town, we were able to walk to dinner!!
