This modern Scandinavian home offers a spacious layout with two living areas, a stylish game room, and a private hot tub for ultimate relaxation. With bikes, foosball, and flexible gathering spaces, it’s designed for effortless comfort and connection.

Tucked on a sunny corner lot just 1 mile from Lake Loveland, this home is walkable to charming coffee shops, local dining, outdoor recreation, and shopping. Enjoy lakefront strolls, art installations, and seasonal events—right in the heart of Loveland’s laid-back, creative community. Rocky Mountain National Park is under an hour away—perfect for day trips to hike and explore the mountains.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced backyard with a private hot tub, covered patio, grill, outdoor dining table, and outdoor lounge furniture. Enjoy cruiser bikes for all ages and walk to coffee, dining, shops, and Lake Loveland—all from a sunny corner lot.

INDOOR LIVING: Multiple Roku Smart TVs, dining table with seating for 8, board games, ceiling fans, game table, foosball table, and multiple living areas

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: Each level features a ¾ bathroom with a walk-in shower—no bathtubs. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: Two-car garage and driveway parking available. A 220V outlet is provided—guests may bring their own EV adapter or charger.

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

NOTE: There is a $35/day hot tub service and heating charge if the hot tub is used.
