Surrounded by award-winning gardens, woodland trails, and wildlife, this 1960’s A-Frame is the ideal getaway for family gatherings, bachelorette weekends, or friends’ retreats.

The hot tub makes for a perfect winter retreat. The driveway is shoveled multiple times with heavy snowfall by the contracted service. We do install a tree and decorate for Christmas.

The space

Welcome to The Love Inn A-Frame, a two-story 1960’s architectural gem surrounded by lush gardens, whispering pines, and 4 acres of privacy. Step inside and you’ll find a beautifully designed interior that balances rustic charm with modern amenities — a perfect mix of nostalgia and comfort.

Gather in the spacious living room with its soaring A-frame ceilings, cozy sectional seating, and 65” Smart TV for movie nights. Enjoy meals around the 12-person dining table, or take the fun outdoors to the massive deck and pool area — surrounded by a lockable safety fence for peace of mind.

The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need — from a Smeg coffee maker and blender to spices, foil, and Tupperware — perfect for big family dinners or celebratory weekends.

When it’s time to unwind, the outdoor fire pit, hammocks, and croquet lawn await under the stars.

Guest access

Guests will have full access to the home, patio, pool, hot tub, 4 acres of woodland and two car garage. There is also a small walking trail in the woods behind the home. When you rent the home, you will have exclusive use of the property.

There is ample parking for up to 10 vehicles and a large covered double garage.

Other things to note

The A-Frame Design: Since this is a true A-frame, the loft bedroom #4 is an open concept as shown in the photos and is not fully enclosed. There is a sliding barn door for privacy, but the front of the bedroom is a balcony that overlooks the family room as pictured. Please refer to the double bunk bed room with the polka dot sheets.

Bedroom #5 is only accessible through Bedroom #3. Guests must walk through Bedroom #3 to reach Bedroom #5. There is a door in Bedroom 3 opens to a small hallway that leads directly to Bedroom #5. Please refer to the listing photos of Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 5 to see the black door and hallway. This is perfect for parents who want to keep an eye on their younger children or Bachelorette groups that like being together.

Pool is open from Memorial Day till October. The pool is large measuring 16 feet wide by 36 feet long. The pool depth is 3.5 feet deep in the shallow end by the deck to 8 feet deep on the opposite end. The pool deck has a lockable safety fence to keep children and pets out of the area when not in use.

Pets: $500 pet fee (up to 2 pets), $150 per additional pet (max 5).

Cleaning: $250 monthly clean for extended stays.

Gardens: Maintained by horticulturist Cheryl Tolley (83 years young!), She owned a Native Plant store and was the sole Gardener to the Meyer and Bissel family. We are proud to be one of her current 10 clients and you see her green thumb firsthand when you stay at the Love Inn.
