An open-plan kitchen is off the glazed entrance with great views. The sunken living area adjoins the spectacular entrance area and is spacious and light. The master suite is up a sweeping staircase. The gardens blend-in beautifully with the bush surroundings.

The steep driveway ends in a parking area for the house that can hold 4-5 cars. There is a garage used by the host. A short set of steps go up to the front door opening into the living/dining room. A wooden patio and balcony wraps around the right of the ground floor. A lawn wraps to the left to a paved patio with a table and chairs.
Sitting room: Skylights and wraparound windows make this room bright and welcoming. There are 2 comfortable leather sofas and a leather seat.
Kitchen: This is to the left of the front door. It is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and kettle.
Dining: Separated from the living space by a step. Contains a table and 6 chairs.
Living room: Half a step drops to a spacious living room with a TV and chairs.
Ground floor bedroom 1: A good sized room with a door out to the paved patio.
Ground floor bedroom 2: This room is the same size. The windows look out into the neighboring bush.

Master bedroom: Up a staircase. The main level has the super king sized bed and closet. French doors to a private balcony.
