"This review has nothing to do with the staff, but directed to the management. The streets around hotel were under construction at the time of our visit and I would have appreciated the heads up, so giving me an opportunity to stay or cancel. The access to the hotel was completely blocked which made it very difficult to find the hotel."

"Perfect location at the island entrance. Close to the ramparts entrances including a 2nd floor exit at the back of the hotel directly onto the ramparts. Staff were very helpful and accommodating especially in handling our luggage before checkin and holding it after checkout until we departed. A quiet hotel and nice ambiance!"
