"Had to have parking pass for no reason - not in an area of town where people are fighting for parking Breakfast was expired oranges and ok waffles Doors did look like they’d been kicked before. Elevator slower than Christmas. Leaky moldy air duct right by the elevator. "

"Our first room smelled so strongly of marijuana that we swapped rooms. Staff was accommodating and moved us immediately with no questions asked. The new room had a dirty bathtub and the sheets felt like sand paper. Breakfast was a disaster. The hotel was sold out but everything was empty and the staff member filling things was not polite at all. We won’t stay at this location again."

"Paying extra to park at the hotel you are already paying to stay at was an unexpected fee to encounter at check in. Staff was helpful but not friendly or welcoming. Room was clean the property is looking older and needs some refreshing."

"I was here for an event at the Lenovo Center. This was my second stay here in the past 2-3 years and my first stay was perfectly fine. However this time the sheets weren’t the cleanest and neither were the pillows so we just got ready for our event at the hotel and afterwards we came back and checked out and drove back home because we did not want to sleep in those beds. Will probably not be staying here again unfortunately."
