Welcome to our luxurious but warm & cosy 2 bedroom & 2.5 bathroom, 118.38 m2 apartment on the 14th floor of the Tower B with one of the best views in SXM.

Experience absolute luxury with plenty of homey and restful ambiance, highest quality furniture from Italy and France, cooling silky bamboo sheets, super plush towels, fully equipped kitchen and dining room.

The Fourteen complex is a one of the island’s most exquisite private gated residence that offers mesmerizing views, stunning pool with a restaurant & gym. We have 24/7 security on site and free parking.

Princess Juliana airport is a 5min car ride. There are plenty of delicious restaurants, shops, nightclubs & casinos in the area. Supermarkets are a short walk away.

The 2-bedroom condo was truly luxurious! Our host Nella greeted us personally upon arrival, which set such a warm and welcoming tone right from the start. The attention to detail throughout the property is impressive—from the well-appointed kitchen and comfortable furnishings to the stunning ocean views from the 14th floor. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully equipped, with fun extras like a fully stocked honesty mini-bar - just replace or leave cash for items consumed. We were close to everything, including many local restaurants and bars we could easily walk to. The condo truly felt like a home away from home. We loved the luxurious yet warm vibe, perfect for a relaxing island getaway. We can't wait to book with Nella again!
